FOSHAY, Raymond Douglas - Passed away peacefully at home after a short battle with cancer on December, 18th 2016. Son of Howard and Irene. Forever loved by his wife Elaine. Loving and devoted father of Jeff and Colin. Beloved brother of Sonny, Garry, Catherine, Margaret, Shirley, Marilyn, Evelyn, Marjorie, Mildred and Beatrice. Raymond will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Gage, Bella, Christian, and Elizabeth. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at John R.
