BELCH, Richard Wesley “Rick” – Of RR2 Frankford, passed away at home on Monday, December 21st, 2015 in his 71st year. Son of the late Clifford and Mildred Belch. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Cathy (Sept. 28th, 2009). Loving father to his sons Mark of Belleville and Troy (Angela DeWolfe) of Frankford. He is survived by his sisters Barb Wannamaker (Bob), JoAnne Goodfellow (Bill), Liz Davis, Mildred Acorn, and brothers Sterling Belch (Donna), Clifford Belch (Peggy), and Alec Belch (Bobbi). Rick is pre-deceased by his sisters Mary Lumley (Don), Betty Moore (late Roy), and Muriel Gagne (Marcel). He will be sadly missed by his best friend, his dog Molly. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at the BELLEVILLE FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL LTD., 68 N. Front St., Belleville (613-968-5080) on Tuesday, December 29th, 2015 at 1:00p.m. (with visitation one hour prior from 12noon – 1:00p.m.). Interment to follow in the niche wall at Belleville Cemetery.
