McTaggart: Ruth Marie (nee-Fry) Entered into rest at the Belleville General Hospital on Tuesday April 17th, 2012 in her 88th year. Dear daughter of the late Will Fry of Burnbrae & the late Gertrude (nee-Nayler) of Toronto. Beloved wife of Donald Ross McTaggart. Cherished Mother of Donna McTaggart of Kingston. Predeceased by sons; Terry & Michael and also predeceased by an infant son and infant daughter. Lovingly remembered by her daughters in law Maxine and Pam, by her grandchildren; Shannon, Benjamin, Amber, Christopher and many great grandchildren. Dear sister of Anne Cooney (late husband Howard), Anita Jaques (late husband Glenn), Lorraine Scarlett (late husband Glenn), John Fry (wife Barb), Thomas Fry (wife Lou). Predeceased by siblings; Bee Mangold (late husband Oscar), George Fry, Harry Fry, Edward Fry, William Fry. Ruth will be missed by her sisters in law; Ruth Fry, Fran Fry, Greta Fry, Amey Doyle and Vera McTaggart. Predeceased by brothers in law; Wallace McTaggart, Clifford Doyle & by her sister in law; Helen Bailey (late husband Gerald). Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Will be missed by her devoted dog "Sammie". With respect for Ruth's wishes, cremation to take place. Visitation will be held at the Belleville Funeral Home and Chapel, 68 North Front Street, Belleville (613-968-5080) on Sunday from 2p.m.-5p.m. Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Monday April 23rd, 2012 at 2:00p.m. Rev. Dr. Hal Wilson officiating. Inurnment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimers Society, Belleville General Hospital Foundation or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Ruth's family wishes to thank all of the staff at Westgate Lodge Nursing Home for their wonderful care and kindness.
