MELVIN, FLORENCE “RUTH” – peacefully at Maplewood Manor, Brighton on Tuesday, March 30th, 2010. Ruth Melvin of Brighton and formerly of Frankford in her 77th year. Daughter of the late Richard and Marcella (Windsor) Mullen. Loving mother of Donna Tait (Lawrie), Pefferlaw; Robert Melvin of Frankford; Kenneth Melvin of Belleville and the late David Melvin. Dear sister of Dorothy Milne (Bob), Toronto; Patricia Cavanaugh (Peter), Oshawa; Donald Mullen (Diane), Trenton; Frank and Ken Mullen both of Toronto. Predeceased by sisters Betty Coulter, Lorraine and Doreen Mullen and brothers Ernest, Robert and Brian Mullen. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Justin, Leigh, Alex, Tabitha, Lindsey and Levi and daughter-in-law Jane Melvin of Brighton. Predeceased by grandson Cody Melvin. Loved by many nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren Ronnie, Nikki and Jackie. Resting at the FRANKFORD FUNERAL CHAPEL, 40 North Trent Street, Frankford. Service will be held at the Full Gospel Tabernacle, Frankford on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 1 p.m. with visitation 2 hours prior to service. Reverend Dan Wood officiating.
