Cummings, Sandra Louise passed away peacefully at her home while surrounded by her loving and devoted family on Tuesday September 11th, 2012. Loving daughter of the late James and Thelma Zakos. Beloved wife and lifelong companion of Robert "Bob" Cummings for 46 wonderful and amazing years. Forever cherished mother of Brad and his wife Lisa of Port Hope, and Jason and his wife Kate of Toronto. Lovingly remembered by her only grandson Aiden Cummings and grand doggie Macallan. Ever remembered by her dear brother Paul Zakos and his wife Marg of Belleville, and sisters-in-law Jean Sowden and her husband Howard of Plainfield, Carole Anne Collingridge of Orleans, Nancy Tompkins and her husband Wayne of New Brunswick, and Jaclyn Archer and her husband Ron of Belleville. Also ever remembered by her several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister-in-law Judith Cummings and her partner John Trottier. In keeping with Sandra's wishes, there will be a private memorial service held at a later date. As expression of sympathy, donations to the Belleville General Hospital-Oncology Dept, Canadian Cancer Society or Quinte Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
