ANDREWS, William Thomas “Bill” (Retired Plant Manager of Vagden Mills, Belleville & Trenton and former employee of MDS Laboratories) (Past President of the Belleville Kinsmen Club). – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill at his home in Foxboro, of 46 years on Tuesday, April 28th, 2015 at the age of 85. Son of the late William and Mae Andrews of Nova Scotia. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Andrews (nee Walton) (2009). Dear father to April Jarrell (Bob), Bobby Andrews (Kathy), David Andrews (Cora), Tara Therien (Marc), Brendan Andrews (Leni), and Alanna Andrews. Pre-deceased by sons William (Billy) Andrews Jr., and Alan Andrews (Kerri). Survived by brothers Havey Andrews (Vivian), Ron Andrews (Grace), and Robert Andrews (Sherry). Bill is also pre-deceased by his sisters Dorothy Marr (late Ralph), and Irene Daykin (late Doug). Dear Poppa to 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. In keeping with Bill’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to call at the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Ave., Belleville on Sunday, May 3rd, 2015 from 6-9p.m. Memorial service will be held in the chapel on Monday, May 4th, 2015 at 1:00p.m. Reception will be held at the Gerry Masterson Township of Thurlow Community Centre, (516 Harmony Rd.) following inurnment in Elmwood Cemetery.
