MULLIN, William Joseph "Joe"- passed away peacefully at Westgate Lodge Nursing Home on Sunday, March 27th, 2016 in his 78th year. Son of the late William and Mary Mullin. Joe is survived by his brother Don of Marysville. Cremation has taken place, there will be no services at this time. Arrangements entrusted to JOHN R.
