Passed away after a valiant battle with cancer at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the age of 77 years. Blair, beloved husband of Joanne (nee: Mulhern). Loving father of Ryan. A Celebration of Life for Blair will be held at the MORRIS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4 Division Street, Bowmanville on Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 12 noon until 2 p.m. followed by a Masonic service. Donations in Blair’s memory may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
