The Etcher family would like to announce the passing of Leona “Onie” Etcher (nee: Mutton) on April 6, 2020 at the Fosterbrooke Long Term Care Home in her 93 year. Onie is pre-deceased by her beloved husband Morley Etcher. Loving mother to Ronald Etcher. Onie will be fondly remembered by her brother Ron Mutton. Onie is pre-deceased by her parents Cecil and Dorcus Mutton. A private family burial will take place on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at the Bowmanville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choosing.
