Entered peacefully into the presence of her Lord on Sunday, October 25th, 2009 in her 81st year. Beloved wife of Gerrit. Loving mother of Jill Wand (Ken) of Gananoque, Theresa Johns (Joe) of Calgary and Carla DeJong of Kingston. Dear grandmother of Erin (Eric), Melissa, Kenneth (Jacqueline), Amanda, Richard, and Luke; and great-grandmother of Jack. Dear sister of Tena Brouwer, Corrie Abma and Sharon Tjaarda (Ed) all of California. Agnes was born in Uitwelingra, the Netherlands and she will be fondly remembered by many relatives there. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. A Ceremony in celebration of Agnes' life will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 11:00 am. Interment Roselawn Memorial Gardens. In remembrance, donations to the Epilepsy Association of Canada will be gratefully acknowledged.
