Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Brockville General Palliative Care on January 18, 2012 at the age of 58 years. Beloved wife of Jeff Sands of Mallorytown. Loving daughter of Dorothy Taylor and the late James Taylor. Dear sister of Sandra Taylor (Andrew) of Montreal, Kathy Newlands (Dan) of Belleville, Penny Hutton (Kevin) of Brockville. Daughter-in-law of Earl Sands (Marjorie) and the late Marlene Sands, and sister-in-law of Heather Clow (Peter), Angie Walker (Harold) and Tammy Gonyou (John). Anne is also survived by nieces and nephews Julie Lynn Lafortune, T.J. Newlands, Dylan & Ryan Hutton, Brittany Clow, Lindsay Lagrange (Jean Paul), Ainsley Clow, Kyle Walker (Tina) and Kelci Walker, Curtis and Courtney Gonyou; by aunts Shirley Redmond and Elta Blair and uncles Gordon Taylor (Lise) and Don Blair as well as several cousins. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Memorial Chapel and Reception Centre at Roselawn, 2451 Maitland Road, on Friday, January 20th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, January 21st from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. when a ceremony in celebration of Anne's life will be held in the chapel. A reception for family and friends will immediately follow the service. Interment will take place at Mallorytown Cemetery after the reception. In remembrance, donations to Brockville and District Palliative Care will be gratefully acknowledged.
