Entered into rest peacefully, surrounded by family at Helen Henderson Care Centre on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his loving wife Johanna Jacoba and survived by his children Annie Joyce (Gary) and Gerrit Bolding (Ann). Dear Opa to Julie Engelage (Bryon), Philip Joyce (Laura), Jennifer Bolding (Michael Libby-Griffin) and Matthew Bolding. Also Opa to his great grandchildren Hailey, Jacob, Violet, Victor, Mason and Isla. He is also survived by his sisters, Hilda from Nova Scotia and Dini from Holland, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James St East, Brockville on Friday, January 11 from 7-9 pm and at the Bethel Christian Reformed Church, 117 Windsor Dr., Brockville on Saturday, January 12 from 10 am until the time of the service at 11 am. Internment at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland.
