Beauvais, Barbara Ann Spicer With great sadness, the family of Barb announce her passing on July 20, 2015 in her 80th year. Special friend and companion of the late Al Sauve (2012). Wife of the late Leo Beauvais (1986). Loved mother and best friend to Tanya Leigh (Hutton). Adored Nana to Brooke and Morgan. Stepmother to Debbie (Mike) Andersen and the late Kathie (Don) Campbell. Barb also leaves behind her brother, Raymond (the late Patricia Spicer) and many special nieces and nephews as well as her 7 "bonus" grandkids and their families. Predeceased by her parents, Ceylon and Bernice (Ducolon) Spicer, her brother Donald Spicer, sisters-in-law Isabel & Pat, sister Shirley Hewitt Scott, brothers-in-law Wally Hewitt and Nelson Scott, Aunt Bea Bain and stepdaughter Kathie Campbell. Barbara will be missed by her best friends, Shirley McClintock and Marie Clark. Family and friends may pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James St. E., on Thursday from 5-8 PM. A ceremony to celebrate Barbara's life will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 11 AM. with interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Maitland. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Lung Association will be gratefully acknowledged.
