Horner, Bernard (Bern)

Peacefully passed away with Mary and Susan by his side at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Sunday, November 30 2014. Bernard (Bern) Horner, at the age of 97 years. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Haggerty). Step father of Susan Tulk (Harold) and Ron Empey all of Gananoque . Also survived by his grandchildren Lindsay Archibald, Mark Tulk and by his great grandson Cameron.

A Celebration of Bern's life will be held at Irvine Funeral Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Saturday December 6th 2014 at 1 pm. Interment will be at later date at Oakland Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army or the Poppy Fund of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. No. 96 will be gratefully acknowledged.
