At his home in Brockville on April 15, 2012 at the age of 66 years. Loving father of Nick Birch and Elizabeth Birch and grandfather of Kevin Moxley, Jessica Roode, the late Steven Moxley, Ashley Birch and Donavan Birch. Dear brother of Pat Culley, Goldie Birch, Larry Birch and the late Tom Birch. Predeceased by his parents Isabelle and John Culley. Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering at Carl's home, 10 Charlotte Place, Apt. 105, on Wednesday, April 25th from 1-5 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James Street East, Brockville with cremation at Roselawn.
