<p>Lee Mowat, Carolyn</p><p><br></p><p>Passed away peacefully at the Rosebridge Manor on Thursday, December 3, 2015. Carolyn Marion (nee Gibson) Lee Mowat, at the age of 69 years. Beloved wife of LeRoy Mowat and the late Douglas Lee. Cherished mother of Sandra (John Burton), Tanya (Clarence Firmage) and Amy (Will Van amstel) and stepmother of Michael Mowat (Cathy) and Donald Mowat. Dear grandmother of Jessica, Zachary (Sandra), Brittany (Tyler), Christopher and Anna. Great grandmother of Gabriel, Wyatt, Grace, Adelyn, Mya, Mackayla and Cameron. Also survived by her sister Margaret Karras; her brother Robert Gibson: Leroy's siblings Jane, Robert and Noel and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Margaret (Ritchie) and Robert Gibson and her sisters Gloria and Linda.</p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville, on Thursday, December 10th from 1-3 pm with a ceremony celebrating Carolyn's life in the Chapel commencing at 3 pm. A reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion, 180 Park St., Brockville. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the OSPCA Leeds Grenville Branch or the Friends of Mac Johnston Wildlife Area will be gratefully acknowledged.
