Passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Monday, February 19, 2018 at the age of 2 years. Cherished daughter of Andy and Krystal Belanger and loving sister to Scarlett. Dear granddaughter of Robert and the late Joan Belanger and Wayne Sampson. Clara will be sadly missed by her aunts and uncle Rob Belanger (Lindsey McLaughlin), Michelle Manuel, Ashley and Katie Cowell and by her cousins Gracelyn, Ariella, Brianna McLaughlin and Chloe and Ben Manuel.

A celebration of Clara's life will be planned with details to be announced at a later date.
