Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles St Site on Tuesday, August 28, 2012. Clara (Bak) Zahn, at the age of 80 years. Loving wife of Wolfgang Zahn and cherished mother of Chris Ellis (Chris Eritou), Richard Zahn (Marion) and Steven Zahn (Stacy). Dear grandmother of Erik, Kate, Ethan, Christian, Hayden, Justin, Kyra and Mackenzie. Predeceased by her parents John and Della Bak and by her brothers Jean, Walter (Votsy) and Andy.

A service in honour of Clara''s life will be held on Friday, August 31, 2012 at 2 pm at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 374 Stewart Blvd., Brockville.
