<p>Yocum, David Sr.</p><p>October 9, 1940 - June 27, 2019</p><p><br></p><p>Passed away in his 79th year at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles St. Site on Thursday, June 27, 2019. Loving husband of Sheila (Huggard) of 43 years. Dear father of Diane Yocum, David Yocum Jr. (Janice), and Deborah McCrimmon (John); and stepfather of Karen Coligan (Chris), and Cheryl Crandall. Loving grandfather of Lance Yocum, Victor Scale, Ember MacDonald (Adam), Samantha Yocum, Nicole Maurice (Geoffrey), Austin Yocum, Scott Crandall, Mark Crandall, Michael McCrimmon (Nikki), Amanda Gerard (Tyler), and Erin Coligan. Missed by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered by his siblings Ada Rohn, Margery Steinkraus, Patricia Beair and Ted Yocum; sister-in-law Shelba Dalock (Ginger); and brothers-in-law Winston Huggard (Diane) and Victor Huggard. Predeceased by his siblings Gloria Moyer, Laural Ruppert, June Warris, Geraldine Yocum, Richard, Mark and Robert Yocum all from the United States; and by his sister-in-law Shirley Dejeet (Huggard).</p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, 2451 County Rd. 15, Maitland on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 from 11 am to 1 pm with the service commencing at 1 pm in the Chapel. Interment and reception will follow. </p><p><br></p><p>As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged.
