On Monday, August 20, 2012 at Brockville General Hospital Palliative Care surrounded by family at the age of 51 years. Beloved wife of Terry Herbison and loving mother of Michael and Chelsea. Cherished daughter of Bob and Donna Jensen. Dear sister of Mary Wilson (Tom), Doug Jensen (Terry) and Joan deSmidt (Marty) and loving aunt of Tristan, Kyle and Amber. Dawn is fondly remembered by her mother and father-in-law Grace and Don Herbison, by her sister-in-law Cindy Hill (Shaler) and by her dear and long time friend Linda David.
