Passed away at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden St., on May 8, 2009 at the age of 62 after a short battle with cancer. She is survived by her devoted husband of 42 years, Frank Mundy. Sadly missed by her children Albert (Tammy), Lisa Mundy (Brent), Cindy, Bruce and Tracy Holder (Tim) and by her grandchildren John Jackson, Chelsie Mundy, Joshua Vail, Alysha Holder, Curtis Mundy, Jacob Vail, Nickholas Holder, Shane Mundy, TJ Holder, Jenna Mundy-Gauthier and Zachery Holder. Sister of Ymkie (Susan) Smith, Ysbrand VanHoek, Onne VanHoek, Pietje Jannack and Gary VanHoek. Predeceased by her parents Geerje (Walstra) and Albert VanHoek; an infant son William Bruce Mundy and by her sister Tryntje (Tina) Trickey. Visitation will be at Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Thursday from 2 until 4 pm when a service will be held in the chapel. Cremation to follow at the Roselawn Crematorium. Donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
