Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on April 3, 2015 at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Doras Blair (nee Easter). Loving father of Randolph D. Blair and spouse Arnold Ramos, Michele Blair and the late Deborah Zufelt. Cherished grandfather of Austin, Brandon, Meagan and Shawn Blair, Ashley Brewer and the late Dawn Dicker. Also survived by 11 great grandchildren. Loving brother of the late John (Jack), James (Jimmy), Ernest (Ernie) and Francis (Frank) Blair, Dorothy Taylor and Elta Blair. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Dorothy Estella Blair (Major) and William Henry Blair.

Friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 11am - 1 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 1 pm followed by interment at Oakland Cemetery.
