Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Monday, April 21, 2014 after celebrating his 100th birthday on March 14th of this year. Survived by his two sons and a daughter, Robert and his wife Edie of Edmonton, Ronald and his wife Corrie of Brockville and Susan Fraser of Kingston (the late Ken Fraser). Also survived by his three grandchildren Lisa, Kevin (Jocelyn), Holly and by his four great grandchildren Sebastian, Morgan, Kendra and Brandon. Donald was predeceased his two wives Joan (nee Petter) and Inez D. Miller (nee Armstrong) and by sister Eileen Harrison and by brother Roy.

A ceremony in celebration of Donald's life will take place at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 9th at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville A reception for family and friends will follow in the Reception Centre. Members of Sussex Lodge #5 G.R.C. are requested to gather for a Masonic Memorial Service prior to the chapel service, at 12:30 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Brockville General Hospital Palliative Care Unit be gratefully acknowledged.
