At the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, after a battle with cancer, at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband of Winona (nee Amonde). Dear father of Bill Cooper (Sue), Dawn Cooper (Dennis Shepherd), and Cindy Pearce (Gord). Loving grandfather of Nancy, Shannon, Kayla and Chelsea, and of several great grandchildren. Dear brother of Marie Pittman, Linda Crowder and John Cooper (Valerie). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by parents John "Tack" and Lena Cooper, his sister Lorraine Hawkins, his brother David Cooper and his granddaughter Emily.
