On Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at St. Lawrence Lodge; the former Dorothy Jean Stilwell at the age of 85 years. Beloved wife of Leonard Crummy and of the late William Nesbitt. Loving mother of Ruth Revell (Stan) and Carol Hudson (Art). Fondly remembered by grandchildren Tiffany Fitzgerald (Jeff), Troy Nugent (Christina) and Cassandra and Aurora Hudson. Also survived by great grandchildren Maddy, Noah, Kelsey and Kaelynn. Dear sister-in-law of Sandy Stillwell, Lois Knapp, Glen and Sheila Crummy, Nellie and Gary Jackson, Gail Crummy, Marlene and Graham Thompson . Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Lawrence and William Stilwell, and by brothers and sisters-in-law Lila and Mason Pattemore Tommy Knapp, Mavis and Claire Knapp, Clifford Crummy and Russell Crummy. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Ceremony in Celebration of Dorothy's life will be held in the Chapel on Sunday at 1.30 pm. Cremation to follow at Roselawn with interment at Maple Ridge Cemetery, Winchester, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or The St. Lawrence Lodge ( Music Program) will be gratefully acknowledged.
