Duvall, Dorothy Phyllis

Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, after struggling with several health issues, on Wednesday, August 12, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Cecil Lambert Duvall and sister of the late Harold William Slack. Dorothy is survived by nephews Gerald and Doug and a niece Sylvia, as well as a number of cousins. Fondly remembered by very dear friends Alan Muirhead (the late Anne), Stephen and Lisa Muirhead and their daughters Lauren and Hannah Dorothy; Ron and Helen Pottinger and family, Terry MacInrue and Larry and Margo Smith.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville, Monday, August 17th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and members of the Florence Nightingale Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star will gather for a memorial service Monday at 6:00 p.m. A ceremony celebrating Dorothy's life will be held at the First Baptist Church on Court House Square on Tuesday, August 18th at 2:00 pm with interment following at Oakland Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the First Baptist Church will be gratefully acknowledged.
