Passed away peacefully at the St. Lawrence Lodge on Thursday, August 11, 2016, at the age of 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Oscar Perkins. Cherished mother of Leota MacIntosh (Peter), Ronald Perkins (Shirley), Stanley Perkins (Catherine), Glenn Perkins (Lorraine) and Robert Perkins. Sadly missed by her 19 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and her sister Vera Chapell. Predeceased by her sister Muriel Packard and her brothers Albert and Jim Shannon.

A private graveside service will be held at New Dublin Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the C.N.I.B. will be gratefully acknowledged.
