<p>Passed away peacefully at the St. Lawrence Lodge on Wednesday, February 27, 2019. Eilean Janet (Holmes) Koen, at the age of 88 years. Beloved husband of the late John Koen and the late Gareth Birtch. Cherished mother of Donald (Elaine) Birtch, Shane (Karen) Birtch and Sandra (Larry) Eligh. Fondly remembered by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.Dear sister of Douglas (Cathy) Holmes and Geraldine (Keith) Webster. She was predeceased by her parents Harold and Alice Holmes; her brothers Donald (Velma), Garry (Joan), and sister Norma (Robert).</p><p><br></p><p>Private family arrangements entrusted to the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James St., E, Brockville.
