Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on April 14th, 2012 in his 93rd year. Husband of the late Vera (Dier) Kirkby. Dear uncle of Patricia Milligan and Faye McDougall. Also survived by several great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Barney, Irl and Lorne Kirkby and by sisters Enid Kirkby and Elva Warren. A graveside service will be held at the Knox Presbyterian Cemetery, Westport on Friday, April 27th at 1:30 pm followed by a reception at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 542, Westport. In memoriams to the Brockville General Hospital Ladies Auxiliary or the Shriners Hospitals for Children will be gratefully acknowledged.
