Entered into rest at Broadview Manor, Smiths Falls, on June 4th 2012 in his 76th year. Son of the late Marie and Romeo Maisonneuve, and dear brother of Lucielle (Bob - deceased). Predeceased by his wife Joan Lindsay and by his brothers Oscar (Audrey - deceased), Rene (Jackie - survives) and Gerry (Joan - survives) and by a sister Irene Stern (Jim - deceased). Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by Jean and Laurie Maisonneuve and by his dear friend Marlene Snelgrove. The family are forever grateful for the kindness BACLA has shown to Ernie over many years.

Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East Brockville on Thursday, June 7th from 5 pm until 7:30 pm. A celebration of Ernie's life will be held in the Chapel on Friday, June 8th at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery, Ballycanoe. In memoriams to BACLA will be gratefully acknowledged.
