<p>Retired Executive Secretary - Department of National Defence</p><p><br></p><p>Formerly of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully, following a lengthy illness, at the Brockville General Hospital, Palliative Care Unit on Monday, January 18, 2016 at the age of 80 years. Flora is survived by her sister Margaret Dragan (Ernie); her brother Edward (Bernice) MacDonald and numerous nieces and nephews including her God children Mark Craig and Dr. Elizabeth James. She was predeceased by parents Hazel and Roderick MacDonald and by her sisters Mary Craig (Robert) and Mildred James (Dr. Donald). Flora loved and wrote poetry and was a 25 year member of the Canadian Kennel Club.</p><p><br></p><p>Private arrangements entrusted to the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James St., E., Brockville with cremation taking place at the Roselawn Crematorium, Maitland. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care Services will be gratefully acknowledged.
