Passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at the Perley and Rideau Veterans Health Centre, Ottawa at the age of 93 years. Beloved husband of the late Frances (Fodey) Garrah and cherished father of Martha Haggett (Claude), Laura Parkes (Andrew), Anne Marie (Mitzi ) Borelli (Andrew) and John Garrah (Katherine). Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Luke (Dani), Joseph (Darcie), Matthew, Garrah, Mia (Jon), Helaena (Enzo), Juno, Jonathan and Katelyn and by his great grandchildren Gus, Helmi, Tavi, Oulton, Griffin, Cade and Troy. Also survived by his brother Louis; his sister Agnes and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by three children Jane Lindsay (Peter), Janice McCallum (Peter) and David Garrah (Mimi); his parents Blanche and Francis Garrah and by his siblings Clarence, John, Margaret and Bernice.

A Funeral Mass in honour of Frank will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church, 66 Church St., Brockville on Thursday, July 4, 2019 at 10 am followed by a gathering and reception for family and friends at the Irvine Funeral Home Reception Centre, 4 James Street East, Brockville. Private interment will take place at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
