Suddenly entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Sunday, June 12, 2011 in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Nellie (nee Crummy) Jackson and dear father of Jamie Jackson (Karla). Also survived by four grandsons Kyle, Brett, Cole and Kristopher. Dear brother of Carl (Diane)Jackson, Doris Alguire (Ron), Jackie Theriault (Milt), June Botsford and her husband Al Sexton and Bunny Young (Howard). Predeceased by his son Robert and by a brother-in-law Guy Botsford and by his parents Addie Jackson and Kenneth Gray. A celebration of Gary's life will be held at the Irvine Memorial Chapel & Reception Centre at Roselawn, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland on Wednesday at 11 am followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society (Transportation Fund), Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care or the charity of your choice will be gratefully appreciated.
