Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital - GSS on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at the age of 82 years. Guy is survived by his loyal companion Helen Bonenfant (nee Byrnes) of Brockville and his loving son Joe Wenger (Karen) of Creemore. Cherished grandfather of Jaime, Carly and Ryan. Also survived by his step-daughters Lisa Beaudoin (Kevin) and Kim Stephenson (Jeff) and by step-grandchildren Matthew, Rachel, Allison and Shayla. Dear brother of Jean, Roger, Daniel, Willy and Jean Louis all of France. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Tuesday from 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 11 am followed by cremation and interment at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Lanark Animal Welfare Society or the Brockville General Hospital Palliative Care would be gratefully appreciated.
