Helen Cecelia "Celia" Brown, was born in Montreal on August 13, 1930, she was the only child to the late Helen (Farquhar) and James Locke. Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles St, on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the age of 85 years. Beloved wife, for nearly 65 years, to John Brown and cherished mother of Rev. Raye Brown, John Brown, David Brown and Christine Yakabuski-Brown (Matthew). Fondly remembered by her 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Our heartfelt thanks to the 1st floor staff at Brockville General Hospital for their comforting care for Celia during her last 10 day and for the support to the family.

A service in honour of Celia's life will take place at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James St., E., Brockville on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 1 pm followed by a gathering in the reception centre.
