<p>Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Helen Winifred (Cairns) Farrow, at the age of 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Farrow. Dear mother of Karen Owen (Nick), Lendra Latham (Joe), and Norman Farrow (Christine). Will be missed by her grandchildren, Ryan Owen (Taryn), David Owen (Charlene), Lindsay Kabilan (Satyamoorthy), Christina Drake (Brian), Jordan Latham, and Adam Smith (Robyn); great-grandchildren, Zackery, Kira, Ethan, Aanya, Nevaeh, Kai, and Finn; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings, Isabel Stevens, Elizabeth Debois, Doris Maguire, Margaret Chase, and John Cairns; parents, Elizabeth (Wigston) and James Cairns; and her treasured companion Roy Jones. </p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James St. E., Brockville on Wednesday, January 16th from 6-8 pm (officers and members of Florence Nightingale Chapter No.5 of the Order of the Eastern Star, and sister lodges, will gather at 5:45 pm) and Thursday, January 17th from 10-11 am. A ceremony in celebration of Helen's life will be held in the chapel on Thursday, January 17th at 11 am followed by interment at Oakland Cemetery. In memoriams to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Brockville and District Hospital Foundation - Palliative Care will be gratefully acknowledged.
