Passed away suddenly at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Friday, July 3 2015. Helen Gertrude (Declare) Wood, at the age of 82 years. Survived by her loving companion Donald J. Zinger and by her son Douglas Wood and his wife Debbie. Loving grandmother to Christopher (Logan). Sister of Myrtle Clark and Thelma McCulloch. Helen was predeceased by her son Terry and by her husband Dales Wood.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 pm Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery, with a reception to follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 96, 180 Park Street, Brockville. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville General Hospital will be gratefully acknowledged.
