Hemme Luttjeboer
<p>Entered into rest suddenly at Bridlewood Retirement Home on Sunday, December 11, 2016. Hemme Luttjeboer, at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Gerdina (nee Zwiers) Luttjeboer and dear father of Hemme (Wanda), Effie Thirsk, Trudy Meppelder and Cyndi Keen (Joel). Also survived by thirteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren and by a daughter-in-law Roberta. Hemme was the last of his family being predeceased by several brothers and sisters in Holland, as well as a son Ben and daughter Kathy Luttjeboer, a son-in-law John Meppelder, a great grandson Issac and by his parents Hemme and Geertruida.</p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Thursday December 15th from 7-9 pm. A ceremony celebrating Hemme's life will be held on Friday, December 16th at the Bethel Christian Reformed Church,Windsor Drive, Brockville at 12 noon.. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heritage Christain School or the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged.
