Peacefully at the St. Lawrence Lodge on Friday, June 18, 2010 at the age of 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Bert Ellerbeck. Dear mother of Elizabeth "Betty-Lou" (Gary Crane) of Napanee. Cherished grandma of Teresa Dolan (Gord Gray) of Prescott, Tim Crosby (Debbie) of Bancroft and Sara (Fred Sutcliffe) of Centreville; and great grandma to Sonya (Jason McConnell), Ashleigh (Adam Van Dusen), Alison (Mike Galbraith), Shawna Crosby (Justin Siydock), Dean Crosby, Austin and Ethan Sutcliffe. Fondly remembered by her great great grandchildren Nathan, Samantha, Jamison and Amelia. A celebration of Hilda’s life will be held in the Irvine Funeral Chapel, 4 James St., E., Brockville on Wednesday at 11:30 am followed by a gathering in the reception centre. Cremation will be held at Roselawn with interment in Bancroft at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the St. Lawrence Lodge or the O.S.P.C.A. would be appreciated.
