Passed away tragically in Brockville on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at the age of 70 years. Beloved wife of the late Robert Currie. Loving mother of Jonathan Currie and his wife Lynda, and Rob Currie and his long time partner Maki both of British Columbia. Cherished grandmother of Lucia and Celesté Currie. Isa was one of ten children of the late Joseph and Isa Horrobin of Manchester, England and she is survived by several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews in the U.K. Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Jane Lewis and her husband Peter, and Jennifer Bull and her husband Brian as well as by the extended Currie family, Pat Loper, Steve Warwick and Chris Lewis

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Isa’s life from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22nd at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville. Private interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery. In remembrance donations to Loaves and Fishes will be gratefully acknowledged.
