Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on January 16, 2009 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Ann Millar. Dear father of Deborah Shanahan (Mike), William Grant and David Grant (Margaret). Fondly remembered by his five grandchildren, one great grandchild, sister-in-law Ruth Grant and by his former wife Joyce Grant. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Bernice Grant and by two brothers Lawrence and Norman. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Monday from 1pm until 3 pm when services will be held in the Chapel. Cremation and interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association will be gratefully acknowledged.
