Entered into rest at the Kingston General Hospital on Sunday, October 5th 2014. Jane Elizabeth Beattie, at the age of 71 years. Beloved wife of David Beattie. Dear mother of Colin (Mandy), David and Mara (Trevor). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Brandon, Liam and Jackson. Jane was predeceased by her parents Mary Agnes and Edgar Alan Filby.

A ceremony celebrating Jane's life will be held in St. Paul's Anglican Church, 12 Pine Street, Brockville, Ontario, on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at 2:00 pm. Reception will follow at the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James Street, East, Brockville. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged.
