Jean Elizabeth Foss

Peacefully entered into rest at Sherwood Park Manor on Saturday, September 7, 2019. Jean Elizabeth (McCrum) Foss, at the age of 97 years. Wife of the late Melvin Foss and dear mother of Larry (Brenda) Foss, Robert (Anne) Foss and the late Harold Foss (Cheryl survives). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Stephen (Teresa) Foss, Kathryn, Shawn and Paul Foss, Ryan (Carolyn) Foss and Lindsay Heys (Daniel), as well as nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Jean was predeceased by six brothers and by her parents Gordon Thompson and Celia McCrum.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland on Thursday from 10am until 11am. A ceremony celebrating Jean's life will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 11am with interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the First Presbyterian Church will be gratefully acknowledged.
