<p>Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Monday, January 28, 2013 at the age of 103 years. Beloved wife of the late Donald Millar and cherished mother of Mary Shepherd (Dave) of Scotland, James Millar (Elfie) of B.C., Donald Millar (Janet) of Wasaga Beach and Ruby McConnell (Jim) of Brockville. Fondly remembered as “Grandma Jean” to 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. </p><p>Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James St., E., Brockville on Friday, February 1st, 2013 from 12:30 - 1:30 pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 1:30 pm followed by a gathering in the reception centre. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army or the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
