Beloved husband of the late Lillian (Squires) Howley. Dear brother of Tina Harney and brother-in-law of Betty Howley and Gwen Shields all of Brockville. Also survived by nieces Jill, Susan, Pam, Jane, Sandy Dunn and Penny David and their families and by Lillian's children Bonnie (Sam), Brenda (Wayne) and Bill and their families. Predeceased by his parents Richard Alexander Howley and the former Norah Eileen Delamere, as well as by brothers John, Dick and Bill and sisters Patricia and Emerald. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in the Chapel of the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James Street East, Brockville at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22nd. Family and friends may pay respects from 1-3 p.m. Cremation will follow with interment at a later date at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
