<p>Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Saturday, March 19, 2016. Joan Elizabeth (Mills) Clarke, at the age of 76 years. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Clarke and cherished mother of Debby Woods (Mark) and Cory McPhail. Loving grandmother of Lindsay Woods (Chris Venuta), Brittany Woods and Tiffany McPhail. Great grandmother of Emily, Anthony and Evan. Also survived by her sister Marsha Morris; her brother-in-law Darrel Marshall and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Clifford and Doris Mills and by her sister Shirley Marshall.</p><p><br></p><p>Private cremation and family services will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland, at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Palliative Care Service will be gratefully acknowledged.
