Bigalow, John Richard

Passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband of the late Joan (Edwards) Bigalow and cherished father of George Bigalow of Cornwall and Dale Bigalow (Lisa) of Trenton. Dear grandfather of Ansley Eligh, Brianne and Kris and great grandfather of Gabby and Parker Eligh. Dear brother of Harvey Bigalow, Geraldine Tanney and Betty Alberry. Also survived by his mother-in-law Elsie Edwards. Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Henry Bigalow.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville, Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 12-2 pm. A ceremony celebrating John's life will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 2 pm followed by interment at Oakland Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged.
