<p>At his Brockville home on Monday, August 10, 2015 at the age of 56 years. Beloved husband of Kimberly and loving father of Amanda (Jeff) and the late Michael John who predeceased him on September 28, 2009 at the age of 27. Jack is also survived by his brothers Wayne and Larry (Marianne), his sister Carol, his father and mother-in-law James and Lois Hinson, sisters-in-law Lisa and Cathy and brothers-in-law Mark and Brad. He will be fondly remembered by aunts and uncles, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Lyman and Norma (Knapp) Cooper.</p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends are invited to a Ceremony in Celebration of Jack's life at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 14th at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville. A reception will take place immediately following in the Irvine Reception Centre. Interment will take place privately at Maynard Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Leeds and Grenville Mental Health would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.</p>Obituary
