Passed away peacefully at St. Lawrence Lodge in Brockville on Monday, October 10, 2016 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of the late Margery (Byers) Davis and cherished father of Patrick (Melanie) of Ottawa, Stephen of Paris, France, Peter (Glen) of Hamilton, Elizabeth (Rob) of Brockville and Mike (Julia) of Ottawa. Loving grandfather of Thomas, Sarah, Megan , Matthew, Sam, Regan, Oliver, Finn and Jack. Dear brother of Mary Hamilton (Bill), Elizabeth Morris (Stewart), Frances Jansen and Tom Davis (Kay). Also survived by sisters-in-law Helen Davis, Tina Davis and Carol Larsen and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Peter and Dick Davis.

Members of the Knights of Columbus Council 1049 will gather for fraternal prayers on Thursday at 6:45 pm. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 10 am. Interment at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, with a reception to follow in the Irvine Reception Centre.
