Peacefully at the Sherwood Park Manor on Sunday, May 1, 2011. Lammy Dina (Vanderscheer) Vogel, at the age of 70 years. Beloved wife of Bert Vogel of Brockville. Cherished mother of Pete Vogel (Lori) of Orono, Dina (Andrew Pettem) of Brockville and Ruth Witteveen (Joe) of Courtice. Loving grandmother of Jacy and Amy Pettem, Aaron and Jacob Witteveen and Jonathan and Ashley Vogel and great grandmother to Silas. Dear sister of Henry Vanderscheer (Annie) of Vineland, Jake Vanderscheer (Marlene), Bill Vanderscheer (Phyllis) and Dick Vanderscheer (Brenda) all of Gananoque. Also survived by Chris Hogeveen and Vicki Kennedy and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Dirk Vanderscheer and Geraldine Temmink and by a brother Ralph Vanderscheer. A service in celebration of Lammy's life will be held in the Chapel on Friday, May 13, 2011 at 1 pm followed by a reception. Interment will take place at Maynard Cemetery.
